30-Day Returns for Store Credit Only
 We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for store credit only. Refunds to cash or credit/debit cards are not issued under any circumstances.

Conditions

  • Items must be in original, unused condition.

  • The original receipt is required for all returns.

  • Store credit will be issued in the amount of the original purchase price.

How to Request a Return
 Customers may request a return in either of the following ways:

  1. In-store – Bring the item and original receipt to our register staff.

  2. By email – Send your request to [your email address] with:

    • A copy/photo of the original receipt

    • A description/photo of the item

We do not process return requests by phone, text, or social media.

Exchanges
 Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same product or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds Are Not Issued
 Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. All eligible returns result in store credit only.
